$10 group fitness trial session
Join and get going
Tell Christine which class or service interests you, a little about your situation, and she'll come back to you personally — usually within 24 hours.
New members are welcome to try a group fitness session before committing. It's a chance to meet Christine, experience the class, and ask questions — with no obligation to continue.
If it's the right fit, Christine will confirm your place in a class or set up a personal training schedule. Payment is arranged at this point — no upfront surprises.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Where you're at postnatally, mention any injuries or health conditions, and which class caught your eye. Christine will ask additional questions later.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and your kids if you need to. The studio is relaxed and welcoming — don't overthink it.
FLEXIBLE OPTIONS
Choose between casual packs for flexibility or weekly memberships for consistency and the best value. Group Fitness is booked per term.
