6-Week Guided Program · Mitcham, VIC
Postnatal Core Restore — rebuild your core strength after baby
Postnatal Core Restore is a 6-week guided postnatal core recovery program, run face-to-face in Mitcham in a small group of no more than four mums. Through breathwork, pelvic floor engagement and functional strength training, we rebuild your core from the inside out — so your body can carry you through everyday life as a mum, and back towards the goals that matter to you.

A caesarean is major abdominal surgery, and exercise after c-section deserves patience and expert guidance — not pressure. We start gently with breathwork and core reconnection, respect your scar and your healing, and progress only as your body is ready — always guided by your GP and your 6-week check. Many of the mums we work with are recovering from a caesarean. You won't need to explain, apologise, or keep up.
Exercising after a c-section
Before we start, you'll need
Your 6-week clearance to exercise from your GP or obstetrician, and a postnatal pelvic floor check with a Pelvic Health Physio. Your physio is our eyes on the inside — their assessment means every session can be tailor-made and modified to what your body needs right now.
Our bodies change through pregnancy and birth. Relearning to engage your core — through breathwork and strength training with a qualified trainer — helps protect your pelvic floor, lower back and core against long-term complications.
This program is for mums returning to exercise after having a baby — whether that was six weeks ago or six years ago. You might be working back towards exercise classes, post pregnancy exercise at home, lifting weights, or running. Or you might simply want to feel strong enough for the everyday lifting, carrying and chasing that motherhood asks of you.
