PERSONAL TRAINING

Your program. Your pace. Your results.

Personal Training at Everyday Fit isn't a generic plan pulled from a template. Christine builds your program around who you are — your postnatal stage, any injuries or health conditions, what you enjoy, what you find difficult, and what your life actually allows.

Your first session is a thorough assessment. Christine gets to know your baseline fitness, your goals, and anything she needs to work around. From there, every session is purposeful and progressive.

Christine has lived experience with chronic illness and approaches every client's health situation with genuine understanding, not just a liability checklist.

🧍

Solo PT — 1-on-1

100% of Christine's attention, 100% of the time. The most personalised option. 30 or 45 minute sessions, 1–3 times per week. Recurring billing keeps it simple — no chasing invoices.

🤝

Duo PT — train with a friend or partner

Bring someone you trust and share the cost. Great for accountability and motivation. Both participants still get individual attention and a program suited to their needs. Ask Christine about duo pricing.

🔁

Recurring billing — no lock-in

Personal training is billed on a recurring schedule — weekly or monthly — so you're not hit with a big upfront cost. Cancel or pause with notice. No contracts, no penalties.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first month of PT, step by step.

1

Enquiry & chat

Christine replies to your enquiry personally. She'll ask a few questions about your goals and situation before booking your first session.

2

Assessment session

Your first session is a thorough assessment — movement screening, goal setting, and an honest conversation about where you're starting from and where you want to go.

3

Program designed for you

Christine builds your program based on the assessment. It evolves week to week as you get stronger and more capable.

4

Ongoing and progressive

Sessions repeat on your agreed schedule. Christine tracks your progress and adjusts the program as needed. No two sessions are identical.
