Service Description

A structured 6-week program for mums returning to exercise after birth. Rebuilds core strength through functional movements — pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and posture addressed progressively. Suitable for vaginal and caesarean births. Diastasis recti welcome. Must be a minimum of 6 weeks postnatal.
